Windows says product ID blocked, when it isnt

Hello All,
So I had to contact Microsoft for some reason, and I remember telling them my product ID and them saying that my product ID is blocked, and the reason is that 'my laptop manufacturer has blocked it'. So I got in touch with my laptop manufacturer, and they said that the Product ID can't be blocked. In the end, I'm stuck. Any help appreciated.

Two completely different computers as far as I can tell.
Please explain.

VPCEH28 is a model under which there are many sub models like -FN, which I have, -FH, etc.

And, I had to cut out a few things from the report, as it was too long, I'm attaching the full one.

I purchased this laptop as it is from Sony, So I'm expecting that it is a new Windows. I'll try talking to Microsoft again, see what they say.
