Rights to clone/reinstall my Win 7 Ultimate OEM on replacement SSD

I bought an OEM Win 7 Ultimate disk from NewEgg in 2014, and am now running it in a dual-boot configuration on an SSD with Linux Mint. I had hoped to clone this SSD, but Clonezilla didn't work, and I'm not confident that Acronis Disk Image would work, either.

If I don't find a satisfactory disk cloning solution, I might prepare to reinstall both OSs and a lot of software it the SSD goes south. Does my OEM Win 7 Ultimate license entitle me to reinstall the Win OS? I think it does, but thought I should post here to be sure.

My "Genuine Advantage" information is below. If I had to reinstall, I'd be doing it on a system unchanged except for a replacement SSD.

Thanks in advance for your help!
