The Windows Loader isa generic form of Activation Exploit - Daz is one version of such a hack.
DO NOT install either - they are probably what got you into this mess in the first place.

Hi NoelDP, Not at all happy with WATFix after finding more than 105 suspicious/malicious entries and having my browsers uninstalled. I am now waiting for System Restore :-( :-( :-( I suggest you do not recommend that particular link ....

If you follow the instructions I gave you, it's perfectly safe - I checked it before putting the link up.

That link works fine - if you are careful:

Yup - you need to UNtick the box under the DOWNLOAD button on the left, then click on that button -
AVOID the button on the right - it's for a highly questionable wrapper which installs a downloader (which may be a Trojan)

Thank you. I just had to restart the System Restore in Safe Mode as something is preventing it completing ... :-(

Try these steps while in the safe mode:
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Once you get to step 5, let the computer boot into the normal mode.

If it goes into the normal mode, run a scan using Malwarebytes.

What antivirus app do you have installed?

Just for fun I downloaded the other offerings - (the one with the check appears to be broken) and uploaded them to VirusTotal
    Here are the results:

Hi UNI, Thank you for the advice. A boot into Safe Mode with minimal services appeared to work and I am just waiting for the reboot after running the WATFix tool again.

Hi Noel, I can think of better things to do for fun but the amount of crapware is amazing. I still do not know how I ended up with it as I thought I followed your instructions properly the first time.
