Windows Activation Errors

I was trying to update to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, but suddenly Windows 10 was asking me for my product key, saying my Windows 7 Ultimate wasn't genuine.

When I try " SLMGR -REARM " in CMD as Administrator this comes up:

Also when I try activating by phone, by running " slui.exe 4 " as administrator, this comes up:

Here is my MGADiag:

The installed Product Key is the infamous Lenovo Stolen Key - never valid on ANY computer. The installation is therefore counterfeit.
There is a SLIC table from an ACER machine present which may just about be valid, since the BIOS is dated 20090814 - around the time that Windows 7 went RTM (22 July).

For which version and edition of windows is the COA sticker valid?

I can't see what version and edition my CoA is valid for as the the CoA has faded quite a lot, but right now it says I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate SP1.

Also my laptop is an Acer Extensa 5235.

...and has this machine ALWAYS run Win 7 Ultimate? - from what I can tell, it would have been an unusual upgrade for this spec machine.

I think it has always run Windows 7 Ultimate, but I think it was updated to SP1? I don't remember if it came with SP1. I looked at my Windows folder in the C: disk and the date it was created was the 14 ‎July ‎2009.

I ran this command: systeminfo | find /i "install date"

And it told me: Original Install Date: 11/09/2013, 13:24:36

How do I find out my previous edition of Windows?

The dates you quote imply that the original install was pre-SP1 however they cannot tell which edition was the original one.
The only proof is the COA sticker.

Is there a way to find out my previous version with my Product ID? I can see my Product ID on my CoA sticker.

The Product ID changes with the installed Key, and the hardware.
Your only real option is to reformat and reinstall using proper ACER recovery media for your machine - either from the built-in Recovery system, or from disks acquired from Acer themselves (if they have any left!)

Oh I meant I could still see my Product ID on my CoA sticker on the back of my laptop, not the non-genuine Product ID installed currently on my laptop.
