I suggest still doing Noel's post # 7 to make sure thing are as they should be when coming back to Windows 7 from Windows 10.

I reformatted a new HD and chose NTFS (now trying exFAT to see if that helps but doubt it) then I did a System Image from Control Panel/Backup & Restore and it looks as though the image was created successfully but no files were backed up. When doing a separate system back up, I get this error...

I tried couple of times to make a image back up of my OS partition but I get a message that some files were skipped. I'm doing the back up after relogging and I'm not even moving the mouse. No programs on the start up except the anti-virus and few gadgets :? Can you tell me what's the problem?...
