...which was what I expected
*
I've uploaded a file - sluicom64.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it to your desktop.
Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Save it to the default location
This should create a file sluicom64.reg
*
*right-click on the file, and select Merge
Accept the warnings, - you should then get a 'Success' message.
Close all windows, and reboot.
*
Run another MGADiag report, and post the results.

Looking back through the thread, Bear was correct in stating that a COA_SLP Key such as your should only be found on a motherboard from a major OEM - but there are a number of loopholes which allow wriggle-room (one of which is living in Germany, as I understand it!)

Me again...
After nearly 3 months, today the pop-up appeared again
Then I used your sluicom64.zip file Noel, rebooted, but after some hours the pop up was back again.
Would you mind looking at my case one more time?

There's no indications of any problems in your report.
I suspect that your problem is caused by a race condition - usually the result of conflicting software (often security software)

Have you recently changed/updated AV or anti-malware software?
Do you have any high-priority programs running in the background?
