Windows 7 to windows 10 activation related question.

Last day I (I dont know why, may be just to kill some time; there was no reason for doing it) Installed windows 7 (Home Premium 64 bit) afresh. While trying to activate it, slui 3 did not activate the installation, it showed some server error. So I followed slui 4 and had an activation over phone.

Then, again I installed windows 10 over it, using the windows 10 ISO I made with the media creation tool. It is done well, it shows as activated.

Then I wanted to check the activation status ... I tried to run MGADiag and got some results which are not very good as I think. It fails to copy the content ....

So I cannot post the content here. I am showing the screenshots of the different tabs of it. (MS Office is not yet installed).

Should I be worried? Please let me know. And if I should be worried, what should be the necessary steps?

I know that it is a windows 10 related issue, still posting it in SF, thinking that I will get the guidance from NoelDP.

    Hi,
If you're "far away from the tech world" I must be in the outer limits The Outer Limits (TV Series 1995?2002) - IMDb

Windows 8 and Windows 10 use the same (new) embedded tool...
Please open an Elevated Command Prompt window (in Start, type 'Command' - a Command Prompt icon will appear, right-click on it, and select Run as Administrator)
    At the Prompt, type

    Licensingdiag.exe -report %userprofile%\desktop\report.txt -log %userprofile%\desktop\repfiles.cab

    (note the spaces!)
two files will be put on your desktop -
open the 'report.txt' file in Notepad, and copy/paste the results to your response - you can ignore the repfiles.cab file for the moment, as it's only backup data

Just for interest - what were the last 5 characters of the Win7 Key you used?
