Sorry about that - I wasn't well last week
The results there are pretty much normal.
The WindowsUpdate log shows that the system is having problems communicating properly with the MS servers - perhaps we need to reset things there and see if that changes anything...
Open an Elevated Command Prompt and run the following commands (separately - each will require a response to their warning/message)
NETSH WINSOCK RESET
NETSH WINHTTP RESET
Then reboot, and try a Check for Updates - then post the new windowsupdate.log file.
