Error 800B0100 when doing Windows Updates

Whenever I do any windows update I get error 800B0100. The one exception is for security definition updates - those go through fine. Before I found this site I've tried system update readiness tool, check disk, Windows Update Troubeshooter, DISM, and sfc, none have helped so far.

Based on this guide I've rerun SURT and SFC, but to no avail. I've attached the log directory which will hopefully help. Note: the log directory had several persist log files that were over 20GB all together. Ive taken them all out in this zip file. Let me know if they are needed.

Please download Packs.zip and open it to desktop pack.zip here. Click downpointing arrow with line under it, top center of page. Place manifests & packages folders in C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur

Run SURT tool again. post log.

I placed those files in the Winsxs directory, cleared out the log files, reran SURT, reran sfc /scannow and retried the Windows Update. Got the same error: 800B0100. New log files attached.

Packages and Manifests folders go in C:\windows\temp\checksur not winsxs.

Yes, I did. copy and pasted info. apparently it pasted a previous copy. Sorry 'bout that. It won't cause any problems. You can remove the folders from WinSxs.

One KB exceeded the upload limit & I didn't include it. Let's see log after you correct my bad and run SURT again.

SURT didn't pick up the packages & install them.
Please place packages folder in C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSUR\servicing
Run SURT again and post log.
