This should help with uploading the file,

Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

Make sure you zip it up first.

I have tried to click on the attachment icon, but it doesn't go "red", nor clicking on "manage attachments" does nothing. I have zipped the CBS file and it is ready, but unable to proceed from here??

I have no idea what you mean by the red reference, it's the same method you used in this thread,

    Shut down

If the file is larger than 8MB you'll have to upload to OneDrive or something similar and post a link.

OK, sorry for the misstatement, I thought the attachment icon was supposed to turn red when clicked; my bad. When I click on it now, it comes up to Upload a file. I give it the name of the file (CBS.7z) and it shows "uploading file" and then quits after a bit and says try again. So what am I doing wrong now; it's a
    7 zip file.

It's the .7z that is the problem. Just use the native windows zip function.

It is there, unfortunately I can't help with that, I was just helping you get the file uploaded so someone capable of deciphering that can assist.

This is a pretty busy section so it may take a bit.
