Windows Update doesn't do anything...

    Windows Update doesn't do anything...


    ...but it wants to reboot after every reboot.

    I followed the instructions on this page: Windows Update Posting Instructions

    SURT installed Hotfix (KB947821).
    SFC Scan didn't bring up any failures.
    And I don't get error codes.

    I ran FixIt now:

    I ran the batch.
    But still the same.

    Windows Update askes me to restart the computer, so it can install all the updates. But after the restart nothing has changed.

    Please post WindowsUpdate.log

    Yes.
    WinUpdate still asks me to restart the system, but doesn't do shit while restarting.
    It can't search for updates, cause it wants to install other updates first. But nothing happens.
    Update:
    Now it tells me:
    "Can't update files and services while they're running. Please search for updates after reboot."

    But rebooting changes nothing.
