No updates running

Have done a clean install of my tester machine and after a few updates including IE11 it just sits there searching for updates - overnight last night.

Tried the readiness tool chksdsk and sfc malware scans etc etc ad nauseum reboots x 100 times - nothing.

Any ideas please before I have to reinstall??

Not sure reinstalling will help.

Try downloading and installing this hotfix
Download the x86 package now.

hmm that has been running now for 20 minutes and no sign of any updates coming through. So looks like I am stuck with the install unless there is anything else I can do
