Numerous upate failures over past year

I have Win 7 Professional 64bit.

Over the past year or so I have had numerous Windows updates fail.

I have run SURT. There were no error messages.

I have run sfc. No errors were reported.

As requested I have attached a CBS.zip file. As it is about 20MB I have provided a Dropbox link below.
