Corrupt WMSPDMOE.DLL file from KB3110329 update?

I have some seriously weird issues going on; my computer won't run the windows 10 upgrade utility, I had issues a few days ago with windows update errors that were fixed via chdsk, which corresponded to the file WMSPDMOE.DLL. My antivirus would lock up my computer each time that file was scanned, and going to it manually and just hovering the mouse cursor over the file would lock the system up. So I ran the sfc/command file system checker and sure enough there it shows that file as corrupt with a reference to KB3110329 update which is not listed in my installed updates. The file checker can not fix the corrupt file. How to I fix it??? Thanks! I attached the sfc scan log results if someone with experience could take a look.

    Hi Drew,
If its only running with 2GB ram i suspect thats why.

The KB relates to your Windows media player.
