Windows Update

Hello,
Recently I started to update the Windows system, very very slowly, 2, 3, or 4 updates at a time, selecting from a list made by Microsoft scan. The updating process loads CPU 100% and lot of memory, each time this process last for 3 - 5 hours until some updates are installed. Yesterday, after a long waiting without any results, started searching for help, there I found a tool "WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab", here is a screenshot of the (disaponting) results. Run "sfc/scan, the result were satisfactory, but it created a monstrous 60 MB log file - no program can open it ! (I intend to delete it)
Right now the Windows update is running for 6 hours to download 4 small updates and CPU at 100%, don't know if and when it will end. The loaded CPU creates slow programs response.
My Internet connection speed is reasonable, other (any files) downloads end quit fast.
So I am asking for help to solve the problem.
Thanks
Motim
