Cliconfg.dll Corrupt Error 80070057

I was having an issue with downloading new updates, and have noticed some problems with my laptop recently, so have been trying to fix them. I'm an IT Tech by trade, so usually this is no problem for me.

Basically though, I've come across something I can't solve. I've just run the SFCFix tool, which is showing that cliconfg.dll is corrupt, and the Windows Update Readiness tool shows Error 80070057. See the attached log file.

I've already tried numerous repairs including - The Windows Update Readiness tool, the System File Check tool from command prompt, chkdsk, CCleaner, SpyBot, and the Windows Update Diagnostic tool.
