    My system reserved partition wasn't marked as active, but it otherwise seems fine.

    Changed it to active, ran the SURT again, here's the log:

    That "hotfix" troubleshooter didn't find anything. Is it the correct link? Because the page says it applies to Vista.

    Installed that C++ Redist no problem, rebooted, still getting the 0x800F0A12 error from the SP1 installer.
