    Windows activation status not available.

Hello peeps, its a longish story so i will start explaining, about 4 days ago i decided my pc was running slow from the amount of programs and crap i had installed,so i spent a few hours deleting files,folders,programs,games...etc to try and get my computer running like new.I went into safe mode and used a program called DDU(display driver uninstaller) so i could install the drivers for my graphics card and install the latest one.I did everything and i had a fast PC again.About a few hours later my PC just started acting weird, not letting me open programs, control panel would take ages to load or crash,my PC when shutting down would say its turning off but never would...etc so i thought straight away it was a virus and tried to install a antivirus and it wouldn't let me,after nearly giving up i thought about that driver i installed for my GPU and uninstalled it,and guess what??Everything started working semi normal again, but i still have problems with my win 7 and I'm just not happy with the way it is.I wanted to reinstall win7 again but i cant because my product key is OEM (80% sure,i bought my PC second hand)So the only thing i could think of is upgrading to windows 10 because it is free,so i downloaded the media creation tool and started the upgrade this system option,Ive looked at online tutorials to make sure everything goes okay because I'm not too good with computers and I'm not confident in my self that il not screw it up.So my download is nearly finished and I'm double checking everything i read online is the same for me,but then i go check my activation and I'm met with a horrible sight,(I added the image as and attachment)It says Windows Activation: STATUS:not available|PRODUCT ID:not available.I don't know whats wrong so i really need some help as i think that without it saying activated i will not be able to upgrade properly. My PC is a DELLXPS15L501x windows 7 home premium 64bit OEM.Ive ran that MGADiag tool but it takes ages to load and then crashes, i don't know what my options are here but i need help.Ive wrote everything in the hope that i give as much details as possible and someone helps fix my problem. If you need and information just ask. Question:Could the driver thing with my graphics card really have caused all them problems? Many Thanks Cam.
