    Hi,

I agree with your update list.

My only query is that why does one get hardly 1 or few errors vs. at other times plus 20.....answer to that probably is MS servers, timing of install

    Thanks again.

    Edit:

Like there are approx. 20 .NET 3.5.1 and 3 security for .NET 3.5.1 X86...... 20 get installed fine but with the 3 security for 3.5.1 get an error, at times...pretty strange.

    Hi,
Yep it is bazaar and irritating,
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3095675
From what I can understand of this process

You'd need to disconnect from the internet
    1) start over with your win-7 sp1 install
    2) manually install KB3020369
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=46827
    3) manually install KB3125574

Both of these updates have to be downloaded using ie11 in advance to a somewhat large flash drive so you can install them in order without an internet connection

If windows restarts after installing with a black screen for a while use Ctrl+Alt+Delete key board keys which will hopefully exit the black screen.

1 last point before I continue updating, like posted earlier I feel user framework in recommended, should be installed after W7 updating is done and is current, and be installed for MS Off, when ever I install it with W7 I get error/errors....any logic?

    Thanks again.

As shown in the screen attachments.

Office should not even be thought of yet until all Important updates are installed.

Neither one are listed in those instruction so you need to forget all prior instruction completely.

    Hi,
Yep forget all of the prior instruction

I've been working on the rest of the process for this one like I said you have to use ie11 or internet explorer so don't use Chrome.
    KB3125574
    Microsoft Update Catalog

You might also get nothing showing except a active x filtering icon on the top right
