    Hi,

    Thanks for answering the queries.

Correct, one drive could be sized 128 GB and the other 120 GB.

Do you agree with my plan to go ahead with stock, W7 SP1 clean install, activate, check for updates and install all in one go.( With out the 2 updates).

After that install 2 recommended ones, .NET 4.5.2 and 2 frameworks ones?

    Best regards.

    Hi,
Of course you can try although we have already been down that road and a lot failed trying to install all of them at the same time.
Installing net 4.5.2 was another test which I guess it helped a little.

At some point you'd have to also possibly try manually installing

    KB3145739
    Win-7 sp1 32 bit download,
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=51857

After that then this one KB3153199
    Win-7 32 sp1 bit download
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=52214

    Then the newest update client

    Hi,

Thanks again, 1 last question before a final install, if this gives fails update I'm done, shall use Brink's bat thread.

    1. Install W7 SP1.

    2. Install all 3 updates manually. Earlier was only installing these 2 KB3083710, KB3102810.....this would a new one before activating KB3138612.

    First KB3083710

    Second KB3102810

    Third KB3138612......is the order correct?

    3. Activate.

    4. Check for updates.

    5. Install .NET 4.5.2 and 2 frameworks in Recommended.

    6. Than install all important.

    How does that look?

    Best regards.

    Hi,
I skip KB3138612 that one you'd follow my last reply but that is after installing the first round of updates.

Then you can do the below if and when searching stalls,
Switch update settings back to Never check for updates Before installing these,
    KB3145739
    Win-7 sp1 32 bit download,
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=51857

After that then this one KB3153199
    Win-7 32 sp1 bit download
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=52214

Then the newest update client and it will search for updates for you,

    Hi,
Let us know how it goes,
And don't worry if the failed ones are under 10 or so
Brink's option 3 reset tutorial will get rid of them :)

You can as alway post which ones failed but the install where only one failed that was a keeper

    Hi,

Thanks for the positive attitude and motivation....:)

If for some reason searching fails, which normally doesn't, the 3 updates you posted should be installed with or without internet connection, or it doesn't matter, with update settings to never check?

Its only the failed ones that are an issues which at times cross 20.....MS servers......
    don't have a clue.

    Best regards!

    Hi,
The last 3 updates I posted only need the update settings switched to Never check for updates and restart the machine
Then you can use the browser and download them to the downloads folder or in advance to your flash drive it doesn't matter.
