windows not genuine Access Denied 0x8007000 error HELP!

I upgraded to a new processor, some new ram, and added a new 4tb drive that I installed the 3tb+ unlock from gigabyte to use. At some point since then windows was deactivated. I have 17 days left now. Every time I tried to activate or run something like slmgr.vbs I get access denied and error code 0x80070005

I've tried every method I can find out there for fixing my problem so I am hoping you all can help. I have posted the MGAD tool results below

    Welcome to the forum,

I'm guessing you tried this too?

    From the link above,

If you try to use slmgr.vbs /dlv to view the licensing status, you receive the following message:

Error: 0x80070005 Access denied: the requested action requires elevated privileges
It's possible that it sees the new processor as a new system and since this is an OEM (System Builder) it isn't eligible to be moved to a new system. Or just the multiple hardware changes triggered an error.

You can try phone activation, and if it doesn't work the first time try again but talk to a person and explain that you had to replace your processor and other parts but it's the same motherboard.

    Activate Windows 7 by Phone

Thanks for replying. Well, I found that but I am on windows home premium so I don't have rsop.msc to edit. I did try the third method of registry. There wasn't even a folder under current version for profilelist so I created one and added the key. Still access denied.

When I try slmgr.vbs /dlv I get an error. Line: 1333 Char: 5 Permission Denied Code: 800A0046. Even when I can figure out a way to get the activate by phone screen up it still gives me an error access denied and doesn't provide any activation keys. I guess I should still call and explain?

This isn't really my strong point but if you are having problems just getting the activate by phone to show, I would just do another clean install myself.

You can wait and see if someone has a different option but it sounds like you have a lot of corruption to me.

I wouldn't bother calling until you can get that part working.

    Hi,
Yes clean install again and do the phone activation if it errors out again
I've read don't do anything just wait for a real person to answer
Then you can plead your case.

Try disconnecting from the internet and then attempt another activation. You might get the phone option then. I had to do that on a recent install of 2008. I'm not sure if it will work on 7 but it's worth a shot.

    Hi Chuccck,

from an elevated command mode please run these commands

    regsvr32 vbscript.dll

then can you run this and post the results please

    reg query HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11cf-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}\InprocServer32

Do you use a registry cleaner/tune-up utility, and whats your AV.

the vbscript.dll was successful i then ran the reg query you sent and got the following back.
