windows update error 8007000e - fresh installed win 7

    hi.
i have this "Dell inspiron n5110 ". it had problems so i changed the OS (it was win 7 service pack 1) , so first i installed win 10.
it gave me error for Windows update , error 8007000e . and another one when i was going to install drivers like graphic card . the error was this computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements for installing the software .
so i decided to install win 7 again , and it gave me the same errors .
before re installing i had win 7 and everything was fine , drivers all were installed with no errors and i was able to update with no problem.
is there any problems with CPU or hard drive ?. i installed win 7 about 6 times and it didn't work !.

    Hi Final,
Dell comps are sometimes a pain upon re-install, They tend to muck around with the Bios.
You will more than likely require a set of Dell re-installation disks.

Dell does not provide a replacement disc. You can proceed to download the iso disk image at:

    Windows 7 Direct Download Links

The images are hosted by Digital River, who also run the Microsoft Store. So there's no legal issue here, and you can also be sure that the disks haven't been tampered with.

    Things to take note:
-Before you re-install, make sure you erase the hard-disk.
-After installation is completed, check for these services and ensure they are running
    >Background Intelligent Transfer Service
    >Windows Update
    >Windows .Net Framework 3.5.1(this can be found in windows feature and it must be turned on)
-Now, try to proceed with windows update without activating windows.(Windows update might take a long time, so be patient)

Let me know if the above mentioned works.
