Error 0XC004E003 after going back to Win7 from trying Win10

Hi. First time poster here. Fairly proficient but no expert by far.
My question is what did going back to Win7 from Win10 do to cause me to have to reactivate.

The history is it was bought used with Vista as the original op system. He upgraded to Win7 with what appears was an OEM/SLP. I was able to install Service Pack 1 and all the updates, never having any issues. No need to activate or validation ever came up for 2.5 years.

After I tried Win10 and went back to Win7 two days later everything was fine until 30 days went by.
Only THEN did the message start to appear: Your Windows is not genuine.
Doing the MGA Diagnostics tool shows it is genuine.
Microsoft says the key number is blocked now causing the error.
If I had never tried Win10 I believe this issue would not have happened at all.

All these months I never had a activation or validation issue. I've read where some others have this issue also after 30 days have gone by after reverting back to Win7.

I'm probably out of luck getting the key unblocked as they say they never do that.

What happened that caused me to have to re activate? What caused Windows to now see it as not genuine?
And only AFTER 30 days expired?

    Here is the report:

    Hi Rhino,
    It will never activate
Thats a Dell key on an HP machine.
The install is therfor counterfiet, it worked previously as an activation exploit was used, which is now only partially installed.
note the W7 install was not via the upgrade route

Thanks for the answer. But it worked for over two years. Did me trying Win 10 and going back to Win 7 somehow cause this or is it just a coincidence?

I used the SLIC Toolkit and under the advanced tab under Pkey&cert valid its showing; cert: No OEM Certificate found(Run as administrator) Cert Error in red.

Also with all my tinkering my first win product key changed to a different one. WTH?

Here is the info with the new product key:
