Hi FSC,
from the logs,
errors on the following updates
KB3115858
KB2515325
KB2840631
KB2919469
KB3035583
KB3035583
KB3126446
KB3142042
KB2923545
KB2913751
KB2853587
KB2533552

the next is a permissions problem

Failed to unload the COMPONENTS hive. [HRESULT = 0x80070005 - E_ACCESSDENIED]
(its likely that this is causing some of the failures, as its a licencing/activation code)
we can check if you run the following tool and paste the results
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=52012

This shows that the OS is installed on the D drive partition??

From the SURT

servicing\packages\Package_9_for_KB2931356~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.0.cat

Also showing are at least 3 language packs installed,
Portugese/Brasilian/Norwegian???
(what version of W7 are you running)

How upto date are you, Netframework doesn't appear to be

The SURT packages can be installed by following the instruction from this MS artical
.https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/...(v=ws.10).aspx

Its not exactly user friendly

However considering the above and the state of your OS, i believe you would be better of doing a factory reset or a clean install, a repair install would not clear some of the above.
