    I had the same problem.
I normally login to Win 7 with a Standard account.
I started IE11 with Run as administrator and then i could get to the catalog.
    Then i couldn't download anything.
I logged into Win 7 with my Admin account and then i could get to the catalog and download.

What happens when you type the KB number in the search bar Thelma? Does it show any results? That page you posted is basically how the site looks. It's very plain and simple and looks like it hasn't been updated since the XP days

Hi Lee :), it was actually Windows Vista . When I fill in a KB number this happens : What fixed my windows update problems-no-progress.jpg

Will try logging in as administrator.

Try without the space after "KB".

Not sure why that KB wouldn't work for you Thelma, working okay here without the space:

Uh...the first and last entry in the list are the same KB number but one is smaller than the other. How does one know which one to add?
