Windows 7 won't function properly since update

Sorry for the double thread, I figured out this is a better place for help.
Okay so this morning, turned on my PC, everything fine, then a Windows Update started by itself (Im on Windows 7) I said alright, whatever. Then my PC rebooted and this is where everything ****ed up.
First, there was NO letters, all of the letters were replaced by boxes, but I fixed this so moving on.
Second, I keep getting missing DLL files errors that will NOT let me do anything! I can't even open apps (except for chrome and luckily MBAM), even CCLeaner won't open up, and CMD too, and Avast. No matter how many times I tried.
Tried system restoring many times, but it just says "System Restore Failed because of an error" I can't even do sfc /scannow command. Im freaking out because I had this PC for 3 years and all my family albums, files and photos are on this PC and I don't want to do a disk wipe. PLease help me!!!

    Hi IHW,
FIRST reset windows to let me choose.
    REBOOT
then can you go to Installed Window updates and uninstall any that were updated/installed Today.
    was it the W10 upgrade??

    Try restore after.

    Thanks for the reply.
No, it wasn't a win10 update. I already uninstalled the update that happened this morning, but it seems it didn't fix the issue. I even restored to multiple and different points, still nothing.
Also everytime I run an app it says error 0xc000007b. Please help me I don't want to lose all my data!

    Hi IHW,
can you boot into safe mode, (only)
Then try and schedule a boot time scan with Avast.

Yes, I can go into safe mode, but CMD still does not work.
I can't schedule a boot time scan with Avast because Avast itself won't open up.

If you're talking about the boxes, I copied the "Fonts" folder from another laptop to mine then restarted.

EDIT: This all started yesterday when I decided to install IE 11.

First, have you tried doing those things from safe mode?

Second, you should copy the important stuff to an external device assuming you're able to do so, while you can.

Third, how did you go about installing IE11?

Fourth, what was the update that installed itself?

Was it the same W7 version??
you only had to reset via control panel >> fonts >> fonts settings >> restore

Which KB install caused it, unusuall for MS to issue a single KB.
