I have tried that before, nothing. Also I'll leave it at note that about 40-50% of the regsvr32.exe resigning failed.

Running out of solutions.
Try different method/ source of installing Windows.
Run CHKDSK.
Try posting in the "more help needed" thread for addition solutions.

Yeah, It's really odd. Anyways chkdsk has been run. Do you know where I can get an official Windows 7 copy, like directly from MS so I know it's the real thing?
Did you try posting in the VIP forum "More help needed" ? Or are you ready to throw in the towel?
I usually just Google search and buy Windows software from any Microsoft Partner which has the best price, at any given time.
Other, members seeing this post may recommend downloading and buying a key. Whatever works best for you.
What method where you installing the OS before, you never did say?
I'm gonna post on the More help needed, now. I installed via USB.
Great, someone with more experience may offer a better solution.
Good luck!

The computer is bootlooping now.. It's doing a system repair right now, if it succeeds I will report back.
EDIT: It's still stuck at the "attempting repairs" step in startup repair...
If I had to fix this problem computer I would first try a Repair Install and if that didn't solve the problem a Clean Install would be my next move.
