Windows Update won't install updates even after multiple reinstalls

As said in the title, I have a computer with an issue, and that issue is that it cannot install any updates what so ever, even after re-installing Windows multiple times, even after applying a lot of fixes, it won't install any updates! It has run Windows update overnight for 2 days, nothing downloaded/installed either. It finds the updates, it lists them aswell, but Windows Update won't download them or anything. If you go to update history it will just say "Failed" on all updates.

My bad, apologies. SURT has been running for over an hour and a half and is stuck at the "Searching for updates on this computer" step. sfc /scannow came up with no errors. CBS log will be downloadable via a WeTransfer link.

As said I cannot install any updates from Windows Update. Also I'm pretty sure it's an original copy I downloaded and installed.

Do it from the catalogue, stand alone.

That's what I did. I put the standalone installer on the USB and copied it over to the computer that has the issue.

    Hello Laith,

What method of reinstalling Windows are you doing?

Since Windows Update is still stalling, have you tried.
