Why have System Protection off?! It helps when your computer has issues and can really save you if it crashes!

    Hi,
Mainly because we use ssd's and we also use Macrium reflect to create system images so windows restore points are not wanted or needed to be created
They never work well anyway and just leave a system messed up too.

    I'll add:

Personally i prefer Backup Images using a program such as Macrium Reflect that creates a full backup of the OS partition(s).
Restore Points are not a full backup, and not as reliable to recover imho.
There are many threads here where a person that used Restore Points only could not restore/recover.
I don't need the "overhead" of restore points space and extra processing for something i would not trust.
If i need to recover, i use a full Backup Image, that i control.

Now that is a joyous sight to behold! :)

With regards to the July rollup showing up in September, I noticed I got offered it again, even though it's been installed since July. Wonder if it was reissued to fix some problems?

I remember UNI mentioned something about his company having to remove that update from all their systems.
