    Windows Genuine Advantage Problems!

Okay so everything ran great until i restarted my computer. My fingerprint reader was not detected and when i typed my password. I saw the "genuine" error (0x80007000d). When i go reenter my code and it said it was invalid. Is it a virus or is it something it is a bit upsetting.

Well if is it possible that someone else used my product key? I really don't think that will help unless it is a virus.

this will not effect your program files or any other programs you may have installed. It will repair your system files. However, it may become necessary to do a clean install, but lets get the easiest solution out of the way first.

It says "Windows installation has encountered an unknown error and can not continue" Which could be because of me being "non legal"
