update problems sorted

Hiya All,
Ok if i'm not correct in posting this thread then I'm sorry.
I had Office 2010 Beta on my laptop but it was giving me problems, so I uninstalled it and installed my Office 2007. It would not work and I had to rest to factory settings, I got it installed after that, but then the 70+ updates would download but failed to install, with Error's 643,57a 80070005 + a few other error's. I looked on here and followed some steps from other threads and also from MS support but alas i still not able to install the updates. Then my son told me to use Rizone Security Restore. I went to the site and read reviews and all looked ok, I downloaded it and ran it and my PC is back as it should be with all updates installed. I though I'd pass this on to others who have or may have failed install's. It gives a list of the errors it will fix and You should only use it if you have 1 or more of the errors.
Just had an email back from MS Support telling me that the product i used was ok by them.
cheers
Paul

These are the 2 updates that would not install. I have had a previous suggestion to try installing one at a time which I did and still did not install. However, after a few other methods I tried one at a time again and problem solved. Many thanks
