Right click Computer Select properties System Protection, there you'll find a button to delete the back ups.

If you also want to delete the files downloaded by windows update and not only the back up, in the windows search bar write : %systemroot%/SoftwareDistribution/ and delete everything in the download folder.

Disk Cleanup not removing system update files/SFC can't fix problems
Disk Cleanup claims it can remove about 9.5 GB of old system update files, but upon running it, nothing happens (and I don't free up any space). This may or may not be related, but I ran SFC and it found problems it couldn't fix. I've attached the logs.

Windows 7 Update Error 800f0900 after removing malware
I removed tons of malware from a client's laptop. Afterwards, KB2871997 needed to install and produced error code 800f0900 after attempting installation. I have run SURT and SFC, as well as Tweaking All-In-One Repair tool, with no success in fixing the problem. My zipped CBS folder is 22 mb, so...

Boot Slows Down (Some) when there are more Windows Backups
I back up my main computer to one of the hard drives inside it (a Seagate ST310005) now instead of a Western Digital WDC WD10 EADX-00TDHB0 hard drive. This boot slowdown occurs when these backup points (or system images, maybe both?) build up. I can use the clean up function in Disk Cleanup in the...

Windows 7 Backups
I'm trying to manage the backups I've made. It seems Windows 7 only labels them by date. I'd like to know what's in each backup, and print out a log of each backup like I could with XP. Just knowing what date the backup was made isn't enough
