Safe mode doesnt include networking by default. Why would you want to run winamp in safe mode?

I am not sure but you may be able to use Windows update in "Safe mode with networking" You might try that.

Apart what @zigzag3143 said,Windows Update service in safe mode not working,in safe mode with networking it not working too as far as I know.

tanks for all ur feedback guys :)1st thing i want to tell u,i already connect safe mode WITH NETWORKING,but cant find n use window update in CONTROL PANEL.That why i ask here because i think mayb my os got problem..oh so u mean,my window 7 is ok n got no problem since the window update generally will not functioning on safe mode..oh about winamp,i just curious bcause while i want to play winamp in safe mode it said the audio service is not running..but still when normal start up my winamp is functioning well unless i just have a sound only at left side of my headphone but have no sound on my right side..actually the main think i want to configure from safe mode is to detect whether i will have a sound on both side of my headphone or not in safe mode..i just a novice user, mayb i not use a right method to troubleshoot my headphone problem .sorry for my bad english

Windows Audio service, sound, advanced video,Aero and many other things not working in safe mode .These are strickly diagnostics mode.
Just change headphone and check results.

    .sorry for my bad english

i already change other earphone n try plug in it to my cpu..n results still the same, just got sound on one side of my headphone..my headphone also working well in my computer's friend..so i'm pretty sure that's is not my headphone problem..mayb i missconfigured the setting..i guess
