Windows 7 - JUNK mail patch wont install

Hi All:
I am running Windows 7 pro there were 3 update patches 2 of them installed the junk mail patch KB979895 wont install gimes me an error cod57a did a search but could not find any fixes or what causes this issue..Any help would be appreciated

Did you click on get help with this error ? You don`t have to do a search on it, the reason will popup in a window on the right side of your screen telling you what the issue is.

If you already have a newer update you will get this error.

I do not download email to my computer so I never install outlook.

Ok wen tinto the reg did not see anything pertaining to permisions other then i have all the permissions granted..it seems this was the only file i could not install there 2 other updates which went well no issues with them.jusst this one..mind bogling to say the least .i called MS support the guy in India tried everything he could figure it out either..so they accelerated the issue ..

Go to C:\Users\<your account>\AppData\Local\Temp find all *.LOG files and attache to post.

Did an upgrade of my win 7 deleted my prefetch , %temp% and all othere temp files, backed up my office once the upgrade was done which was about an hour removed my virus programme dnloaded all the pacthes and everything is back to normal it was a permissions issue which one i dont know.but i rebuilt the registery with the upgrade..
