    error Code 800700C1


    When i try to update windows 7 i get this error Code 800700C1 and it wont let me update. Im running win7 32 bit, does anyone know how to fix this?

    You can try this

    How do I reset Windows Update components?

    If no results try this

    Type cmd in search (do not hit enter) right click run as administrator in cmd type

    sfc /scannow

    My suggestion:

    reset WU components in aggressive mode (in normal mode it is less effective)

    you can also try reset WU libraries Repair & Fix Windows Updates with Fix WU Utility | The Windows Club
