    okay so I ran as administrator and still it won't install correctly
    so up to now , whenever I need to turn off the computer I still have those 4 updates I haven't successful installed
    it's getting really annoying
    can I just skip this update? if so, how?

    See if you can manually download the updates from MS. This is the first one.
