I have 64 bit, but no MS office 2010...

I have DLed it and am about to install it theough, maybe that is a common denominator of the problem.

Say I move ping.exe or netstat.exe from the system32 folder and run the command. I know the command runs (used wireshark for ping.exe to capture packets) but the display on the screen is messed up - nothing shows up. Any idea why? Is this a feature of windows 7? How can I work around this? ...

Hello, I just made an account here because this bug is seriously bugging me. It shows up whenever I move or create any new files/folders. I have googled the registry fix and that doesn't seem to be working. Is there any other known fix? P.S. There is nothing wrong with Waterfox.
