Fake! Its easy to edit a picture to say what you want. I could easily make it say I have Service Pack 1,301,666.

I just checked 5 of my win7 machines on my network. All currently update as of 12:01am today. No new updates.

Shouldn't be possible since SP1 hasn't even been publicly released.

Like he said over on the abithelp forum that it could be from Vista. That was a Win 7 upgrade from Vista and Vista did have SP2 installed.
