Update fails to install

Hi.
An update fails to install.
It tells me this:

Code: 57A

"WindowsUpdate_0000057A" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

It's an update for spamfilter for Microsoft Outlook.(I'm not even sure I have Outlook. -At least I don't use it.)
I would like to successfully install it, or at least get rid of it so it doesn't annoy me about a pending update.

Help appreciated. =)

Which update (KB number) is this? If you don't have Outlook on your system, and this update pertains to it, then this might explain the failure.

You can hide this update http://www.sevenforums.com/windows-u...n-updates.html so that it doesn't bother you in the future.

That pertains to Outlook 2007. Try manually downloading and installing the update.
