All I have to say is buyer beware. Too many stories of users being burned by "legit" keys

You get what you pay for

Use your common sense. Too good to be true it's probably not. Every cliche could apply to this ebay guy.

Probably MSDN keys, there is a danger of them becoming "blacklisted". Safest way for budget reasons, is a OEM System Builders pack.

Don't buy them; it is a waste of your money. They are MSDN or TechNet Keys. If the person gets busted for selling the keys all keys will be blocked by Microsoft. Microsoft states very clearly you CANNOT sell the keys. If you buy them you will not know when they will be blocked it may take for 3 to 6 months and then it is too late to file a claim on eBay or PayPal, plus without tracking back to where you purchased them Microsoft will not help you through the piracy program.

ok thanks for replying back guys....

i knew it sounded to good to be true...

    but curiosity gets the better.....

    after emailing the ebayer

he was very insistant in reminding me that the key could only be activated a few times and one only one computer..

if these keys are as dodgey as what people say they are surely i can use the key he has on any computer...

or is he telling me this,so i perhaps buy more keys...

    sorry for naivity...

Steer well clear as already advised. Apart from the keys potentially being on or ending on Microsoft's blacklist, you can never be totally sure that the disk itself is genuine. I would only buy it from a reputable dealer.

That's how any key is, so you don't buy one copy and put it on 10 machines.

You're really playing with fire if you end up buying that or any key on ebay.
