    Service pack 1 questions.

I was checking out softpedia yesterday and they have a download for service pack1 build 7601.16562 updated 25 june.
I downloaded It and Installed It and everything Is fine apart from a watermark bottom left of the screen saying windows 7,evaluation copy build 7601.
How do you get rid of the watermark or will it update itself with the final service pack1 when it is released.
    Thanks

Once you install the official SP1 release, the watermark will be removed...

I found some information here about the removing the watermark. Try it at your own risk.

Installing a beta copy of a Service Pack is not advisable on a machine that you use for production work. In the past, when the final Service Pack would come out, you could not install it on top of a beta version, which means you would have to wipe and reinstall your system to get to the final version of the Service Pack. That *might* not be the case this time, but in all likelihood, it will be.
