update error need help!

Thanks gregrocker I will try what you have suggested. Do I go here Microsoft Update Solution Center and leve an e-mail what should i include in that e-mail this is something I have never done.

Tell them what the problem is. They interact nicely.

It took me about a week to troubleshoot my friend's failure to get Updates, trying about a 3-4 of their fix emails before it started working.
