Dual boot - Win 7 Pro 64-bit and Win 10 Pro 64-bit

New aspect and questions:

1) Does Win 7 System Restore depend on vssadmin.exe?
If yes (as I guess), then anyone using CryptoPrevent should be aware that maybe CryptoPrevent blocks use of vssadmin.exe.
Has anyone experimented with this?

2) Is MS Shadow Volume also the same as System Restore and vssadmin.exe?
