    Backup and Restore Problem

    Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me. I have gone to use the backup and restore feature through the control panel put whenever I click on it nothing happens/loads. I can use every other feature within control panel except this one.

    Thanks

Try typing that backup and restore in search, by the start button.

Check in the system32 folder ( C > Windows > Sytem32) whether the wbengine.exe is there. If not, you found the culprit.
