SIW2- As I was reading through the first 2 pages of this thread I was a little hurried as I thought to myself concerning this rather obscure computer backup question 'I know this one!'...and I must have missed your reply #18. Paragon does work very well with Win 2000 SP4 though and I'm glad that they still cater to the older Operating Systems which run programs that the current version of Windows can't run.

I believe Zeplash is looking for a drive imaging program - not file backup sofware.

That's why I suggested Paragon free.

Maxx - the wasn't for you - it was for Zeplash , who must have missed my earlier post

Well, you're right Paragon works great on Win 2000 SP4. I set Paragon up on my friend's Win 2000 SP 4 computer , burned a rescue disk and now he's all set and it didn't cost a thing!

Tews,I was gonna do a upgrade 3 years ago but the modified software we using on the MAN server only works on win2000...

PS.Don't need luck...Need someone that knows whats going on here
    Hi there
Consider using W2000 in a VIRTUAL machine then any standard backup will work since the Virtual Machine is just DATA for Windows.
