I don't know what more I can say if you don't make it clear exactly what it is that I have not answered to your satisfaction.

"Windows Preinstallation Environment (aka Windows PE, WinPE) is a lightweight version of Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2 that is used for the deployment of workstations and servers. It is intended as a 32-bit or 64-bit replacement for MS-DOS during the installation phase of Windows, and can be booted via PXE, CD-ROM, USB flash drive, or hard disk. Traditionally used by large corporations and OEMs (to preinstall Windows client operating systems to PCs during manufacturing), it is now widely available free of charge via the Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK)."

I have conveniently installed the 148 MB Windows 7 PE on the boot menu of my computer to eliminate the need to use a Rescue Disk simply by using the "Add a Boot Menu Option" in Reflect.
I can have windows PE installed along with Dual Booting Windows regular install or a rescue DVD, for restoring a back up, correct ?

Macrium Reflect has two versions the free edition and the pro edition, there is only one problem for me to go with Macrium the Free edition does not have all the features of the Pro edition. In that case what programs as all the features you would find in Macrium Pro edition only free ??

Which back up program do you use Macrium or Karen's ???

JerometheGiraff- I use Macrium Reflect for Image Backups of my Windows partition and Karen's Replicator to back up the data files on my main disk to 5 other disks for secure storage.

"In that case what programs has all the features you would find in Macrium Pro edition only free ??" All of the more popular Image Backup programs like Acronis and Paragon have a trial version and a full featured shareware version. The best absolutely free Image Backup I know of is Windows System Image backup although the Images do take up a lot of disc space they very reliable.

As I said I have been using Macrium Reflect on both my Vista and Win 7 computers with a 100% success rate so far and since you already have Norton 360 you might as well do a backup with it as well.
