c drive ON and recovery is off

    when i switch on my pc it always show a window saying that my windows are not genuine and get gunuinewindows online
    and wen i click on get genuine microsoft software online a new window opens to validate but its not working
    there is info coming on deskrop that i might not have genuine windows
    wat to do
    pls tell

    Where did you get Win7? Did you buy it off eBay or download from a website?

    If you have a legit copy then try reinserting the Product Key at Computer>properties.

    i had vista on my pc i got cd from me friend for Windows 7. i download it, after a week i m getting an info on my pc when i switc on every time it says windows are not genuine and go online to validate genuine windows.
    i tried it many times but its not working. wat should i do, can i have some serious problem withmy pc

    Well, if you got the /7 CD from your friend, then I ask myself whether your friend installed with this CD on his system too. If that is the case, your installation is not valid.
