can i restore win7 after uninstalling it

Long story short i uninstalled win7 to free up space on the laptop cause i thought i only need vista but my wife has lost here e-mail and calenderi tried to do a system restore but it did not work is there anyway i can get windows7 back after removing it or am i deaming.please help me im a total noob when it comes to cpus

Welcome to the forum.

No you can not get it back without reinstalling Win 7. And even if you do that your wifes emails and calender is gone for good until you set it up again on the new install of Win 7.
And even then the old emails and calender are gone. that is unless they are stored on the email server/system (like Hotmail or Google or Yahoo or your ISPs email system) your wife uses for her email account/s

Removing it did exactly that, removed all things you used in Win 7.
