    Help: Creating win7 home basic x64 install CD/DVD (don't have it)

    Hello, excuse my weak English please, i did search the web & specially this site for what i'm looking for & didn't find it till now.
    got a desktop with win7 home basic x64 already installed on it (Russian) - (English/Russian interface), it's registered to my name, got the product key & everything but no installation disk, the recovery partition is 8GB (empty) & can't even see it from my computer (have to go to > Computer Management > Storage > Disk Management) so i can locate it, now when i click on it there is only 1 option "help" - can't do anything else not set active, not anything like that, the partition isn't assigned to letter.
    Volume: nothing, Layout: simple, Type: Basic, File System: nothing, Status: Healthy (Recovery Partition).

    OK what i want to ask is: is there any possible way i can create my own win7 install disc?
    creating a restore point or system image isn't helpful for me now as i am stuck with lots of errors/mistakes. want to format & start over again. any tips? help please

    sorry again for the weak English, hope you'll be kind enough to reply in simple Englsih.
    P.S i did contact the company that made the desktop & they asked for big amount of money to send me the disk & it's only a system image for my desktop model.

    I suspect you have been sold a system with an illegal duplicated product key.

    No legitimate company should supply Windows without a functional Recovery Partition and / or Installation Disc.

    My reactions would be to :-
    Threaten them with a report of problem to Microsoft and your local Consumer Protection authorities;
    Follow up with those actions if the company does not immediately give satisfaction.
