Here's my current 'problem' toolkit--if it's missing important stuff, let me know please:
1. Win7 64 bit OS ISO boot (the one I just used)
2. Win7 Repair disk
3. Magic Partition Manager boot CD
4 ?

If you meant Partition Magic, it's obsolete with Windows 7 and can cause serious errors.

That's odd...I didn't have the one to which you linked but another purportedly for the same or similar purpose. I'll read both later--for the balance of the afternoon it's power washing the asphalt driveway in preparation for sealing on Monday (15, 5 gallon buckets of the stuff + squeegee)!

Also, I'm still pondering whether to even bother messing with the 101Mb partition. It's relatively tiny, doing no one any harm and after I get back from a trip later in August (going to see a buddy in JAX (vacation) whilst wife visits grandkids (less of a vacation for me)) I'm probably going to replace the main drive with a much larger one. Given all that's gone on positively with this computer, it has devolved 'new legs.'

Hirens Boot CD has Partition Wizard plus a bucket load of other utilities. This includes DOS, mini XP and linux environments. Macrium Reflect is part of the mini XP environment.

Apart from your system Repair Disk and if you wanted one other, Hirens would have to be it. Personally I have multiple utilities on a Bootable USB including Puppy linux (see Pendrive site).

I've already added Hirens from the comments.
